Bilingual Intake Specialist
Slash StaffingBilingual Intake Specialist supporting home healthcare services enrollment. Educating members and families on home care requirements and coordinating communication between healthcare providers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and manage member referrals received from the Marketing Department
- Educate prospective members and families on home care service requirements
- Coordinate assessments and assist with the enrollment process
- Maintain ongoing communication with members and families throughout enrollment
- Serve as a liaison between members, nursing facilities, physician offices, hospitals, and insurance companies
- Follow up on required documentation and enrollment requirements
- Update daily reports and maintain accurate records in the system
- Ensure all member information is accurately documented and maintained
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist, Home Care Intake Coordinator, or Long-Term Care Liaison
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate, professional, and solution-oriented
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with accurate documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple referrals and enrollment cases simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating with members, families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
