About the role

  • Design and implement advanced workflows in Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
  • Build and maintain complex automations using Zoho Flow
  • Write and debug custom functions using Deluge scripting
  • Build custom modules, layouts, field logic, validation rules, and blueprints
  • Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems via APIs
  • Clean up and optimize existing automations
  • Create scalable system architecture for sales and recruitment processes
  • Troubleshoot syncing issues between Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit
  • Ensure automations are efficient, documented, and stable

Requirements

  • Deep experience with Zoho CRM (custom modules, workflows, blueprints, automation logic)
  • Strong experience with Zoho Recruit pipelines and data architecture
  • Advanced proficiency in Zoho Flow
  • Strong command of Deluge scripting
  • Experience with Zoho API integrations
  • Ability to design clean data architecture (no messy, patchwork systems)
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation
