About the role
- You will fully own our outbound outreach machine, including:
- Building and managing cold email campaigns using Instantly (or similar)
- Managing LinkedIn outbound campaigns using Dripify (or similar)
- Creating and refining lead lists (job titles, industries, company size)
- Writing, testing, and optimizing outbound messaging
- Managing inboxes and replying to positive and neutral responses
- Driving prospects to book discovery calls via Calendly
- Monitoring email deliverability and inbox health
- Tracking performance and improving results weekly
- You will not be closing deals. Your success is measured by qualified discovery calls booked.
Requirements
- Proven experience running cold email campaigns (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
- Proven experience with LinkedIn outbound tools (Dripify, Expandi, Phantombuster, or similar)
- Strong B2B copywriting skills
- Experience handling replies and qualifying leads
- Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent written English.
