About the role
- Configure and administer the Labor Edge platform
- Build and improve workflows for recruiting, credentialing, compliance, onboarding, and placements
- Set up roles, permissions, forms, automations, fields, dashboards, and reporting
- Train recruiters and internal staff on how to properly use the system
- Create SOPs, checklists, user guides, and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and work with Labor Edge support as needed
- Help drive adoption and ensure data consistency and process compliance
- Audit profiles, credentialing records, and submission data
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce time-to-fill
Requirements
- Experience with ATS or CRM platforms (Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobAdder, Zoho Recruit, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong English communication and ability to lead training sessions
- Ability to translate recruiting workflows into proper software setup
- Solid technical aptitude and comfort configuring SaaS platforms
- Strong documentation, problem solving, and organizational skills
