About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Co-Pilot Sessions focused on experience, engagement, growth, and satisfaction
- Support leaders and teams through difficult conversations, team friction, and conflict situations
- Own, rethink, and protect cultural artifacts and rituals shaping the /slantis experience
- Ensure culture initiatives remain consistent, engaging, and aligned with values across all hubs
- Own and evolve eNPS, climate and wellbeing surveys, action plans, team building experiences, learning and culture rituals, internal communication, and the referral program
- Detect cultural drift, disengagement, and collaboration gaps and propose corrective actions
- Oversee onboarding and the first 90-day experience
- Monitor ecosystem health through engagement metrics, pulse checks, onboarding insights, and feedback trends
- Turn feedback and analytics into actionable improvements that strengthen culture and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in People, Culture, Employee Experience, Organizational Development, or related areas
- Experience supporting leaders and teams in fast-growing or evolving organizations
- Experience managing culture initiatives, engagement programs, and organizational health processes
- Experience navigating sensitive conversations, team dynamics, and conflict situations
- Experience working with engagement metrics, surveys, and people analytics
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to balance people care with accountability and performance
- Systems-thinking mindset with a people-first approach
- Strong facilitation and conflict management skills
- Ability to detect patterns, cultural signals, and organizational friction early
- High ownership, creativity, and attention to culture details
- Comfortable turning feedback and insights into actionable improvements
- Advanced / native English proficiency
