About the role
- Join the Inspection Analysis team to understand blades across the entire Wind Energy Industry.
- Collaborate with a team of Engineers and analysts worldwide to meet the growing demands of Inspections.
- Provide dependable operational support across various business functions.
- Execute routine operational tasks including ticket creation, data entry, and reporting.
- Learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and workflows; support inspection analysis processes.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity applications.
- Ability to follow instructions and execute routine operational tasks with precision.
- Comfortable handling basic system operations such as ticket creation, data entry, and reporting.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and complex environment to lead/drive complex operational and efficiency initiatives.
- Demonstrated curiosity and self-learning through online courses, certifications, or independent projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
