About the role
- Define and implement end-to-end lifecycle strategies and tactics for customer retention and growth across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and future channels.
- Contribute to road-mapping and strategy with the broader Retention & Engagement team.
- Manage stakeholders and plan communications; collaborate with other teams for strategic planning and development.
- Develop new use cases and design automations, dynamic programs and manual campaigns to maximise retention and customer lifetime value.
- Establish and execute a test-and-learn strategy to optimise communications effectiveness across channels and programs.
- Measure performance and develop reports for CRM programs; work closely with Data and Analytics teams to track and optimise customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Trading teams to support and develop cross-channel initiatives.
- Partner with Product to enhance customer experience and retention throughout the end-to-end journey and implement actions to mitigate churn.
- Project management of agency relationships to ensure delivery, provide feedback, and act in SkyShowtime's best interest.
Requirements
- Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and multi-channel programs.
- Excellent understanding of email, push notification and in-app messaging, preferably from a B2C subscription-oriented business.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, web analytics tools, and other relevant data analysis platforms.
- Skilled in targeting/segmentation, A/B testing, and optimisation for conversion and engagement.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results, working both strategically and tactically.
- Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ambitious, resilient, agile, self-starter.
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and ability to propose new ideas proactively.
- Passion for delivering and ensuring best-in-class customer experiences and journeys.
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures (desired).
