About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale Luminar’s Ambassador Program from existing users and community members.
- Identify loyal users, photographers, and creators who could become long-term brand advocates.
- Develop ambassador onboarding, communication, activation, and retention processes.
- Maintain regular relationships and communication with ambassadors.
- Coordinate ambassador-led offline events, initiatives, and social activations.
- Help create a sense of belonging and community among ambassadors.
- Track ambassador participation, engagement, retention, and content output.
- Identify and onboard creators, photographers, educators, and niche influencers across priority markets.
- Build long-term creator partnerships instead of one-off sponsorships.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, campaigns, and product launch activations.
- Develop a scalable influencer marketing workflow and relationship management system.
- Track creator performance, mentions, reach, engagement, sentiment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to amplify launches and campaigns through creators.
- Research creator ecosystems, photography communities, platform trends, and market opportunities.
- Support the growth of creator presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–4 years of experience building or supporting ambassador programs, creator communities, or advocacy initiatives for consumer brands, tech products, SaaS, apps, or creative tools.
- Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, photographers, educators, or online communities across Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms.
- Understanding of influencer marketing workflows including creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Experience working with creators and influencers across US and European markets, with understanding of local creator ecosystems, communication styles, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to build long-term creator relationships and community trust, not only transactional sponsorship campaigns.
- Experience measuring influencer and community impact through metrics such as engagement, reach, mentions, sentiment, Share of Voice, UGC volume, and creator performance.
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
