About the role

  • Launch and Test an Ambassador Program (First 90 Days)
  • Design and get approval for the Ambassador Program structure (roles, tiers, value proposition, motivation system).
  • Launch a pilot version of the program.
  • Recruit 10–20 active ambassadors.
  • Ensure at least 60% of ambassadors remain active (content creation, activities, participation).
  • Generate the first UGC cases or community-led initiatives driven by ambassadors.
  • Increase Engagement in Existing Communities (First 60 Days)
  • Launch a consistent content plan for the Facebook group.
  • Improve engagement rate (posts, comments, reactions).
  • Introduce at least 2 new interaction formats (discussions, AMAs, polls, challenges).
  • Identify and segment the core audience (active members, potential ambassadors).
  • Connect External (Marketing) and Internal (Product) Community Circles (First 120 Days)
  • Launch at least 1–2 community-driven product initiatives (challenge, feedback program, beta testing).
  • Collect and structure user feedback for the product team.
  • Establish a regular process for transferring insights to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Integrate Community into Email Marketing (First 90 Days)
  • Launch or revamp a community/education-focused email track.
  • Execute at least 1–2 email campaigns related to community, ambassadors, or education.
  • Track and analyze initial engagement metrics (open rate, CTR).
  • Build a Feedback Loop
  • Establish a monthly reporting system for Product Managers, aggregating community pain points, feature requests, and ideas that meaningfully impact the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience launching, growing, moderating, and scaling online or hybrid communities.
  • Ability to lead initiatives end-to-end — from ideation and task definition to execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to see community as a system and make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience creating timelines, content plans, recurring activity rhythms, and internal workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining community standards and quality.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to design engagement scenarios, announcements, discussion formats, and educational content.
  • Ability to analyze engagement, participation, UGC, event involvement, and basic retention metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least two AI tools for marketing, research, productivity, or related areas.
