About the role
- Lead the development of the world’s leading creative image editor in Web.
- Identify opportunities for web-specific differentiation (instant access, shareability, lightweight workflows, virality).
- Define and evolve the product strategy for Luminar Web, aligning it with company goals around acquisition, activation, and monetization.
- Translate strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap focused on fast time-to-value and experimentation.
- Lead continuous customer discovery, usability testing, and rapid feedback loops to validate product decisions.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights, define success metrics (activation, retention, conversion), and track product performance.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver impactful features iteratively and on time.
- Communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and risks clearly to stakeholders and executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience in developing Web apps.
- Proven track record of measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- English - Upper Intermediate and better.
- Nice to have: Experience in the photography industry or a related creative field.
- Nice to have: Experience working with Amplitude.
