General Counsel

• Assist senior counsel in drafting and reviewing legal documents;
• Maintain contract workflows and ensure legal compliance in multiple jurisdictions;
• Set up and administer e-signature accounts (e.g., DocuSign);
• Arrange and maintain the contracts database, including proper filing, version control, and access rights;
• Track and manage new and existing contracts, monitor expiry/renewal dates, and timely inform responsible managers;
• Conduct legal research, including product and mobile app compliance, and prepare clear, structured summaries for internal use.
