About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and maintain accurate CDR, mediation, TAP/RAP/BCE, and reconciliation flows across every relevant TADIG × PLMN × DCH/FCH combination
- Define routing and control logic so data usage reaches the correct clearing partner and settlement entity without leakage or duplication
- Manage daily reconciliation cadence, control totals, dispute handling, root-cause analysis, and executive reporting
- Build and structure NTN wholesale pricing mechanisms, including activation, usage, and tiering constructs, mapped to feasible billing methods
- Handle the technical execution strategy for DCH/FCH partners, clearing setups, NRTRDE controls, and ongoing service performance
- Represent Skylo within active GSMA working groups, including WSOLU, IDSBCE, BCE, and NRG NTN
- Partner with Finance, Product, BSS, Network, Legal, and Sales to convert commercial intent into implementable, auditable settlement processes
- Own settlement architecture, wholesale pricing constructs, clearing strategy, and external standards work for NTN roaming at scale
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of hands-on experience in wholesale roaming billing, network settlement, clearing, revenue assurance, or telecommunications standards
- Advanced technical knowledge of TAP3, RAP, BCE, CDR/mediation flows, DCH/FCH operations, and dispute management
- Deep understanding of PLMN, TADIG, IMSI network numbering, roaming identities, and their direct impact on routing and settlement
- Proven experience developing wholesale pricing or financial models and converting them into operational billing controls
- Solid professional credibility representing an operator or technology provider inside GSMA or comparable standards forums
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with an ability to create workable mechanisms where industry standards are incomplete
- Direct experience with NTN, NB-IoT, IoT roaming, NRTRDE, or multi-TADIG and multi-PLMN architectures
- Familiarity with major clearing platforms, GSMA portals, BigQuery/SQL, Jira, and Confluence
- Past experience negotiating clearing relationships or influencing global industry specifications
