About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Working with our Paid Social Creative Team to cut videos into high-performing ads.
- Staying entrenched in day-to-day performance results, understanding the data, and converting those insights into creative iterations.
- Keeping up-to-date on trends across social media platforms and proactively proposing opportunities to the team.
- Strategically and proactively adding in video elements, formats, or styles to diversify content and increase performance metrics including ROAS and thumbstop
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience
- Experience in Adobe Premiere, with bonus points for experience in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
- Background in creating and working with high-quality user-generated content, and a portfolio to demonstrate those skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego
- Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content for our demographic: parents of younger children
- Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
- General knowledge of Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite
Benefits
Comp & perks- Hours: 20 hours guaranteed with up to 40 hours per week.
- Pay: $50/hr
