About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Public Safety agencies by delivering remote demonstrations of UAS solutions
Collaborate with Account Executives and conduct technical discovery
Assist customers with DFR Dock deployment planning and site readiness
Support and lead customer DFR Dock trials and field evaluations
Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers
Capture and communicate customer feedback for product improvements
Work cross-functionally with various teams to provide excellent customer experiences
Maintain knowledge of Public Safety technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

FAA Part 107 Certificate
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unaided
Strong understanding of drone technology
Familiarity with Drone as First Responder (DFR) concepts
Experience with DFR Dock deployments and remote sUAS operations
