About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of Skydio’s Customer Summits, including regional and national programs.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple summits annually.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, A/V, signage, staffing, travel, and on-site execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM teams to develop agendas, content, and experiences aligned to customer needs.
- Ensure a polished, consistent, and premium Skydio brand experience across all summit touchpoints.
- Support planning and execution of industry trade shows, regional field events, and customer engagements across the U.S.
- Serve as on-site lead or support for assigned events, ensuring smooth execution from load-in to breakdown.
- Coordinate logistics for demo assets, marketing equipment, and event materials.
- Represent Skydio on-site with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong brand presence.
- Troubleshoot logistical, technical, or operational issues quickly and calmly during live events.
- Coordinate with demo teams and technical staff to ensure safe, seamless, and compelling demonstrations.
- Interact with customers and attendees, gathering insights and feedback to share with internal teams.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted execution partner across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in event management, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Proven experience planning and executing customer-facing events, preferably including multi-day programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
