About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and drive all aspects of implementation and delivery for our Law Enforcement Customers
Manage production and implementation programs against cost, schedule and technical requirements
Understand customer requirements and translate them to Skydio’s agile product and technical teams
Establish relationships with Law Enforcement customers and drive plans with the engineering team
Inform Skydio and customer business leaders regarding contract management risks and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a customer-facing professional services/program manager/customer success, preferably for law enforcement agencies
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of implementing new technology and interfacing with technical teams
Experience in implementing effective internal business systems for management of large-scale customer projects in Law Enforcement
Experience with Law Enforcement and commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems
Law Enforcement/Federal Program Management experience
Outstanding analytical thinker and problem solver
Strong location preference for Oahu, HI
