Lead or support deal negotiations and closings, ensuring alignment with client and SkyCell strategic goals.
Drive customer satisfaction and growth by understanding client needs, presenting updates and insights, collecting feedback, and mitigating retention risks.
Manage or assist with account plans, forecasting, implementation and performance analysis; coordinate project teams to ensure revenue growth and alignment with objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and other teams to allocate resources and meet project goals for lane implementation.
Act as brand ambassador: organize events, conduct demos, lead forums, and participate in customer meetings to enhance market visibility.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with end customers (pharma shippers), freight forwarders, and airlines.
Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting of client interactions and progress in company systems.
Requirements
Typically 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales (pharma or life sciences preferred).
Experience in logistics, supply chain, software, or cold chain solutions.
Deep product, industry and market knowledge (trends, dynamics and competitive landscape).
Proven experience in logistic/supply chain processes in the pharma industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills to present value proposition, negotiate and close deals.
Customer-centricity: quickly understand customer needs, value and economic drivers.
Challenger mindset: offer unique perspectives and challenge assumptions.
Strong skills in building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
