About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the UK Client Services mailbox, handling a high volume of inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Act as first point of contact for providers and admin-level client queries
- Prepare, issue, and track client agreements and related documentation
- Process new business applications accurately and in line with internal procedures
- Log and manage all new business through internal registers and systems
- Take ownership of file completeness and operational readiness prior to advice and reporting stages
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a financial services administration role (IFA / Wealth Management)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple cases and competing priorities
- Professional communication skills with clients, providers, and colleagues
- Comfortable working with systems, registers, and structured processes
