About the role
- Lead on technical analysis; breaking down complex App features into development ready user stories
- Support ART level analysis and refinement of features where required
- Write clear and detailed user stories with testable acceptance criteria and measurable benefits
- Prioritise stories and define sprint backlog and goals for squad
- Read and interpret technical documentation, including system specifications and architecture diagrams, and use these to guide decisions
- Build a strong understanding of how our systems work, how software is developed, tested and released
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and support good practice across the team, using your knowledge of Agile, Scrum and the Agile for Sky framework
Requirements
- In-depth experience in a business analysis, technical product management or technical product ownership role
- Strong business analysis skills with technology knowledge and experience influencing & working with system engineers & product managers as well as senior stakeholders
- Proactive and self-organising, with the ability to drive and prioritise your own workload
- Strong communication, collaboration & analysis skills
- Demonstrated success in facilitating communication and problem solving between business and technology teams
