About the role

  • Lead on technical analysis; breaking down complex App features into development ready user stories
  • Support ART level analysis and refinement of features where required
  • Write clear and detailed user stories with testable acceptance criteria and measurable benefits
  • Prioritise stories and define sprint backlog and goals for squad
  • Read and interpret technical documentation, including system specifications and architecture diagrams, and use these to guide decisions
  • Build a strong understanding of how our systems work, how software is developed, tested and released
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies and support good practice across the team, using your knowledge of Agile, Scrum and the Agile for Sky framework

Requirements

  • In-depth experience in a business analysis, technical product management or technical product ownership role
  • Strong business analysis skills with technology knowledge and experience influencing & working with system engineers & product managers as well as senior stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-organising, with the ability to drive and prioritise your own workload
  • Strong communication, collaboration & analysis skills
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating communication and problem solving between business and technology teams
