- Development and optimization of organic syntheses for innovative industrial chemicals and agricultural applications
- Independently managing demanding projects from the laboratory phase through transfer to large-scale production
- Technical and organizational leadership of a laboratory team
- Ensuring an efficient, quality-focused, and safe laboratory environment
- Interdisciplinary collaboration across the company and engagement with external stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry
- PhD (Doctorate) in Organic Chemistry
- Several years of professional experience in a relevant industrial environment preferred
- Solid experience with organic synthetic methodologies
- Independent, creative, and goal-oriented working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and proactively
- Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
