About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Build, maintain and create strong relationships with Skroutz merchants
- - Strategic planning for partners’ growth on QoQ & YoY
- - Work with the internal teams dedicated to the same seller account to ensure open communication and that we meet client needs
- - Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- - Meet all seller needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- - Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and growth meetings with sellers to ensure their ongoing success, satisfaction and adoption of available services
- - Thinking out of the box and providing Skroutz merchants with tailor made growth proposals and solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant field
- - 3+ years of previous work experience in Partners Success Management/B2B Sales or similar role ideally in eCommerce environment
- - Fluency in Greek & English language
- - Familiarity with CRM software
- - Familiarity with Google suite
- - Familiarity with Reporting tools
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- - Self-motivated, self-directed, tactful, creative and multitasker
- - Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into action plan
- - Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
- - Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
