About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Build, maintain and create strong relationships with Skroutz merchants
  • - Strategic planning for partners’ growth on QoQ & YoY
  • - Work with the internal teams dedicated to the same seller account to ensure open communication and that we meet client needs
  • - Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • - Meet all seller needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • - Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and growth meetings with sellers to ensure their ongoing success, satisfaction and adoption of available services
  • - Thinking out of the box and providing Skroutz merchants with tailor made growth proposals and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant field
  • - 3+ years of previous work experience in Partners Success Management/B2B Sales or similar role ideally in eCommerce environment
  • - Fluency in Greek & English language
  • - Familiarity with CRM software
  • - Familiarity with Google suite
  • - Familiarity with Reporting tools
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • - Self-motivated, self-directed, tactful, creative and multitasker
  • - Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into action plan
  • - Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
  • - Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
