Key responsibilities & impact

Our Customer Support & Happiness teams have one goal: to support users so that signing with Skribble is a positive experience.
We answer questions about our product as well as about e-signing in general; we find solutions to problems and share user feedback with our product development team.
You are the voice of Skribble, whether by phone or email.
You view every interaction as an opportunity to delight our customers.
You see every interaction as a chance to improve our product and service.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer service within international B2B, ideally in an international SaaS environment serving B2B customers in the DACH region.
Resident in Germany.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
French is a plus.
Ability to quickly identify and analyze issues and to find effective solutions.
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to remain professional and friendly even in demanding situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Empathetic, well organized, and approachable.
