About the role
- Develop new partnerships to offer appropriate training
- Prospect for and grow the client base across the regional area
- Qualify prospect and client files
- Organize meetings with clients and prospects
- Draft commercial proposals and follow up on payments
- Develop and implement training programs and solutions
- Advise and assist clients in organizing their training arrangements
- Represent the training organization Groupe M2i
Requirements
- Higher education from a business school or a bachelor's degree in business
- Significant experience in a sales role
- Knowledge of the training sector would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques
- Comfortable working by phone
- Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Tenacity, curiosity and a willingness to take initiative
- A strong human/people-oriented approach is essential to successfully carry out the assigned tasks
