About the role
- Develop and retain clients by offering tailored training programs
- Prospect and grow the customer base within the regional territory
- Qualify prospect and client databases
- Telephone prospecting
- Deploy and monitor skills development plans
- Arrange client and prospect meetings
- Draft commercial proposals and follow up on payments
- Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth delivery of sold services
- Analyze client satisfaction rates and propose corrective actions
Requirements
- Degree-level education (business school or Bachelor's in commerce)
- Significant experience in a sales role or as a sales assistant seeking to progress
- Knowledge of the training sector is a plus
- Good knowledge of sales techniques
- Very comfortable on the phone
- Able to work independently
- Strong listening skills and good interpersonal abilities
- Tenacity, curiosity and initiative
