About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure the marketing department, defining processes, routines, and operating model;
  • Lead and coordinate external service providers, ensuring alignment, quality and delivery;
  • Develop the strategic marketing plan together with company partners and leaders;
  • Manage the department's budget;
  • Implement KPIs, metrics and performance tracking rituals;
  • Create and organize demand workflows, prioritization and execution of initiatives;
  • Ensure consistency of brand positioning and communication;
  • Monitor and drive results across traffic, social media content, copywriting, social media management and design;
  • Implement marketing dashboards, controls and management reports;
  • Identify opportunities for growth, acquisition and brand strengthening;
  • Act as a bridge between company strategy and partner providers;
  • Develop playbooks (brand manual, tone of voice, customer avatar mapping, etc.), processes and operational standards for the area;
  • Participate in strategic meetings and company positioning decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with positions in senior or strategic roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields
  • Knowledge of high-ticket sales funnels
  • Strong knowledge of branding, positioning and building digital authority
  • Experience managing agencies and multiple service providers (traffic, content, design, social media and copywriting)
  • Hands-on experience defining and managing KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, CPL, funnel conversion and payback
  • Knowledge of paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads), including performance monitoring and optimization
  • Experience with automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, RD Station or similar)
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI or similar
  • Experience in lean environments requiring structure, organization and efficiency gains
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth or Business is desirable
  • Excellent communication for direct interface with leadership and strategic stakeholders
  • Hands-on profile, with autonomy, ownership mindset and strong execution capability.
