About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of events and activations: Plan and execute consumer events, industry conferences, internal meetings across key markets, and company-wide events
  • Bring campaigns to life in-market: Execute events and activations as part of broader marketing campaigns and partnerships
  • Manage local market activations: Partner with clinic teams to support in-market events that drive client acquisition and engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders: Align with marketing, recruiting, operations, and clinic teams on goals, timelines, and execution
  • Develop resources for field teams: Own the creation of field marketing playbooks that span local events, networking and local partnership activations
  • Manage event logistics and vendors: Oversee venues, catering, travel, production, and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences
  • Develop and track project plans: Build timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure flawless execution across multiple concurrent events
  • Own event budgets and tracking: Manage spend, process invoices, and optimize for cost efficiency and impact
  • Measure performance and impact: Track attendance, engagement, and key outcomes and provide insights to inform future activations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required
  • 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, events, experiential marketing, or related roles
  • Experience within the beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or luxury consumer space preferred
  • Experience executing events across multiple markets or locations preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership over execution quality
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20% of the time) and support events outside of standard business hours as needed
