About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Applovin, and Taboola
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, MER, and customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute creative testing strategies alongside our creative team
  • Analyze performance data daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale
  • Test new channels, audiences, hooks, landing pages, and offers
  • Allocate budgets strategically across campaigns and platforms
  • Help diversify media buying efforts into emerging channels like YouTube and native advertising
  • Work closely with founders, creatives, and strategists to drive growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven E-Commerce Experience – You’ve managed and scaled paid campaigns for DTC brands
  • Strong Analytical Skills – You’re comfortable making decisions based on data and KPIs
  • Full-Funnel Understanding – You know how creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages work together
  • Creative Mindset – You understand what makes ad creatives convert
  • Platform Expertise – Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one additional platform (Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Self-Managed & Reliable – You can own campaigns independently and move fast without constant oversight
  • Growth-Oriented – You enjoy testing, learning, and improving continuously
  • Bonus: Experience in fitness, fashion, health, or subscription brands
