About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the global paid social strategy across all major social media platforms
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar paid social budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, scale, and profitability
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and incremental return on ad spend (iROAS) through full-funnel paid social initiatives
- Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies to improve conversion and customer lifetime value
- Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing, platform-native creative strategies and testing frameworks
- Oversee campaign execution, pacing, optimization, and reporting across all paid social programs
- Identify opportunities to scale emerging channels, beta products, and innovative media formats
- Build robust testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and measurement methodologies
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to drive strategic recommendations and budget allocation decisions
- Collaborate with Analytics and Data teams to refine attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Analytics, CRM, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives with company objectives
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of platform changes, consumer behavior trends, and competitive activity within the social and digital landscape
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in paid social, performance marketing, or digital media, preferably within ecommerce, fashion, beauty, or DTC brands
- Deep expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and other paid social platforms
- Proven track record managing and scaling significant paid social budgets with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of performance metrics including iROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, incrementality, and attribution
- Experience developing full-funnel paid social strategies that balance brand storytelling with performance objectives
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in reporting and performance analysis tools
- Experience leading agency relationships and cross-functional partnerships
- Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Passion for digital culture, social trends, and innovative consumer marketing
