About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamic
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, and other platform
- Conduct thoughtful and structured candidate screenings, assessing both technical qualifications and cultural alignment
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
- Collaborate with the broader Talent team to align on hiring priorities, pipelines, and market insights
- Support recruitment reporting and tracking to ensure visibility across active roles.
- Uphold SKIMS’ employer brand and represent the company with professionalism and authenticity
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, or CPG environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth setting Strong sourcing capabilities with a proactive, resourceful approach to talent identification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to operate independently while remaining highly collaborative
- Passion for brand, product, and culture—aligned with the SKIMS ethos
