Customer Support Representative
SkimmerCustomer Support Representative assisting pool professionals via phone, email, and chat at Skimmer. Fostering communication and connection to enhance user experiences with our platform.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide warm, expert assistance across phone, email, and chat channels
- Educate our pros on software capabilities, effective troubleshooting, and optimal workflows
- Partner with Product, Success, and Engineering to bridge the gap between user feedback and technical solutions
- Cultivate rapport through empathetic connection, transparent dialogue, and a splash of humor
- Evolve into a Skimmer authority, mastering how our platform transforms the daily lives of pool professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- An ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and warmth
- Proven background in delivering top-tier customer and technical support
- Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliation, accounting, and/or tools like QuickBooks Online (a major plus!)
- A talent for juggling priorities while staying cool under pressure
- A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for mastering and teaching new digital tools
- Readiness to support our pros Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT
