About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, SMS and other channels.
- Roughly 100+ calls per day (we’ll provide your leads and the tools required to hit that activity level with relative ease)
- Generate a certain level of qualified prospects who book and attend a discovery/demo meeting with an AE
- Utilize sales tools including our CRM, sales engagement platforms, and prospecting databases
- Work closely with the AEs to understand how you can best support them and to learn from them to further your sales career
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some professional experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence and demonstrated listening skills
- Comfort with high-volume cold calling and email outreach (100+ calls per day)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot is a huge plus)
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Urgent enthusiasm to learn and excel in your career
- Previous experience selling to service-based businesses or field service management software (Nice to Haves)
- Knowledge of the pool service industry or related home service businesses (Nice to Haves)
