About the role
- We're hiring a GTM-focused finance partner to help scale a fast-growing B2B SaaS + Payments business.
- You'll work across multi-product subscriptions, payments, and usage-based revenue—plus a meaningful slice of corporate G&A.
- Build monthly ARR/bookings forecasts by cohort, product, motion, and payments/usage mix.
- Partner with Accounting on monthly P&L variance reviews (actuals vs. budget; forecast vs. actuals).
- Own customer acquisition and lifetime value economics across GTM motions.
- Work with Sales/Marketing/RevOps to evaluate pricing, packaging, and usage meters for revenue and margin impact.
- Model take rate to net revenue (interchange, assessments, refunds, fraud/chargebacks).
- Stand up a clean star-schema metrics layer (bookings/ARR, pipeline, usage, TPV) with conformed dimensions.
- Jump on time-sensitive analyses (pricing tests, channel CAC readouts, board asks, data quality investigations) and spin up decision-ready takeaways fast.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A or strategic finance in B2B SaaS solutions
- Proven experience with full P&L modeling from funnel metrics to revenue to expenses
- Multi-product, payments, or usage-based SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Expert in Excel
- Hands-on with HubSpot (CRM/pipeline) or Salesforce
- Familiarity with Rillet, NetSuite (ERP), or Maxio (subscriptions/billing) is a plus
- Experience with dashboard/BI tools (e.g. Looker/Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with FP&A forecasting tools
- Experience with dimensional modeling (star schemas, conformed dimensions), clear metric definitions, and reconciliation between systems
- Explain the "why" and the math, write plainly, and keep stakeholders aligned with clean handoffs and zero surprise reports
- High ownership: takes end-to-end ownership of projects and drives them to completion without extensive oversight
- Comfort with ambiguity: thrives in environments where processes are still being built and problems aren't clearly defined.
