Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of sweepstakes campaigns, promotional events, and player lifecycle initiatives on the Skillz platform.
Drive player acquisition, engagement, and conversion through the successful execution of sweepstakes campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams.
Maintain the Skillz sweepstakes campaign calendar and ensure timely and compliant execution of all events.
Use data insights and analytics to optimize sweepstakes campaigns and recommend improvements to engagement and monetization mechanics.
Run A/B tests on sweepstakes campaign mechanics, entry offers, and prize structures; track key metrics and deliver actionable results.
Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Design, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years (Associate) or 3–5 years (Senior Associate) of experience in mobile gaming, sweepstakes, social casino, or consumer app marketing.
Experience with campaign management and CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, SpringBig, Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer).
A/B testing and data-driven decision-making experience.
Familiarity with sweepstakes mechanics and promotional compliance requirements (no-purchase-necessary rules, prize fulfillment, applicable state regulations) is a strong plus.
