About the role
- Collaborates with the team and business partners to lead and support significant strategic programs
- Defines problem statements and conducts research and analysis to find opportunities
- Recommends a solution for our offering
- Identifies the needs and opportunities of our target customers
- Maintains a deep knowledge of Fidelity's solutions and capabilities, as well as our competitive position in the marketplace
- Drives and supports key aspects of the offering life cycle, including ideation, case development, business requirements, designing and implementing end-to-end customer experiences, and determining metrics for continuing opportunity evaluation
- Structures and runs pilots to test offering hypotheses
- Explores innovative opportunities aligned with Fidelity Wealth strategic vision
- Builds insightful presentations and resources
- Works with both internal and external business partners to optimize associate and client experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in Wealth Management
- FINRA Series 7, 63 encouraged
- Consulting experience preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity and strong drive and initiative
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and critical problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on initiatives simultaneously and with multiple partner groups, both internal and external to Fidelity
- Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Prior knowledge of and experience with HNW Wealth Management Offerings, Fidelity Wealth Services, Distribution and/or Managed Accounts is a plus
- Demonstrated capacity to approach customer experience from an end‑to‑end perspective
- Exceptional collaborative and team skills, contributing to the team’s collective knowledge and success
