About the role

  • Collaborates with the team and business partners to lead and support significant strategic programs
  • Defines problem statements and conducts research and analysis to find opportunities
  • Recommends a solution for our offering
  • Identifies the needs and opportunities of our target customers
  • Maintains a deep knowledge of Fidelity's solutions and capabilities, as well as our competitive position in the marketplace
  • Drives and supports key aspects of the offering life cycle, including ideation, case development, business requirements, designing and implementing end-to-end customer experiences, and determining metrics for continuing opportunity evaluation
  • Structures and runs pilots to test offering hypotheses
  • Explores innovative opportunities aligned with Fidelity Wealth strategic vision
  • Builds insightful presentations and resources
  • Works with both internal and external business partners to optimize associate and client experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent
  • 8 years of experience in Wealth Management
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 encouraged
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and strong drive and initiative
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and critical problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on initiatives simultaneously and with multiple partner groups, both internal and external to Fidelity
  • Outstanding presentation, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Prior knowledge of and experience with HNW Wealth Management Offerings, Fidelity Wealth Services, Distribution and/or Managed Accounts is a plus
  • Demonstrated capacity to approach customer experience from an end‑to‑end perspective
  • Exceptional collaborative and team skills, contributing to the team’s collective knowledge and success
