Requirements

7+ years in the financial service industry
experience using data and analytics to drive and inform strategy
Degree, experience, or equivalent experience in a quantitative analysis field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Business)
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Power BI etc.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate efficiently with Finance and colleagues across different levels of the organization
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, working independently to perform most analyses.
Comfortable working through ambiguous asks and ideas from concept to delivery
Ability to respond to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work
