About the role

  • Responsible for second level Operations support for customers by troubleshooting and mitigation of incident tickets
  • Provide reliable and stable infrastructure via standards, best practices, simplified support models, automated processes
  • Address incident tickets and provide resolution in a timely manner
  • Conduct periodic knowledge transfer sessions and Documentation
  • Secure the environment through tactical change management
  • Work in a cross-organizational fashion to consult and enable network services
  • Meet the needs of the business community in disciplined approach towards ITSM methodologies
  • Collaborate with all EI divisions to ensure 24x7 availability DCNS services
  • Support the environment in an on-call rotation

Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT experience
  • Graduate
  • Deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols
  • In Depth Knowledge and working experience Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs
  • Managing Escalation and Troubleshoot critical issues as needed
  • Experience with HPE, Cisco routing switching and Multi-Vendor Environment
  • In Depth knowledge and working experience on Protocols: PVST, RPVST, VXLAN, BGP EVPN, QOS
  • In Depth Knowledge of Wireshark packet captures
  • In Depth Knowledge and working experience of various Network Authentication protocols
  • Automation skills such as Python and Ansible
  • Design and implement Multi Cloud service provider network
  • CCIE Certification (good to have)
