- Responsible for network operations of the network landscape for Fidelity Investments globally
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers
- Provide Network incident management and resolution work solutions
Requirements
- 7-9 years of IT experience
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware
- Experience with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, VPNs
- Troubleshoot issues related to the network environment
- Experience with HPE, Cisco routing and switching
- Experience with ITIL and Project Management
- Documentation of complex technologies and topologies
- Graduate degree
