About the role
- Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
- Apply department call model, policies, and procedures to evaluate interactions
- Critical thinking and ability to analyze data for trends
- Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
- Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
- Assist management in coaching and training of associates as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- College Degree required and/or 0-3 years experience in Financial Service or Transfer Agent Operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite
- Effective written, verbal and listening skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
