- Operates as the subject matter expert for NQ plan set-up
- Consult on best practices and preferred solutions

Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience working with retirement plans and interacting with Plan Sponsors.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Nonqualified Plans preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Ability to convey complex technical information
- Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking
- Service mindset focused on customer needs
