About the role
- Complete daily vital activities to support Workplace Investing Defined Contribution product offerings
- Work within a dynamic team environment and independently to complete daily control activities
- Understand in detail how and why functions are performed and their relation to the overall service structure
- Work with internal and external business partners to support team processes
- Oversee investment level processing for all Defined Contribution investment offerings
- Support daily reconciliation for plan to fund for all investment products
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to take initiative and highly motivated to complete tasks as required
- An eagerness to meet department goals and shifting assignments where needed
- Financial Services, 401k, Reconciliation, Transaction, Audit, Resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Adopts new technology and process changes in a fast pace environment
- Independent problem solver with meticulous attention to detail
- Enjoy solving mysteries through independent analysis of information captured from multiple sources
