About the role
- Leads, influences, and motivates colleagues without formal authority

- Synthesizes complex data from multiple, disparate sources and present analysis, relevant insights and themes in a simple/clear way

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience
- MBA is a plus
- FINRA Licensing (Series 7, Series 63/66, Series 24, Series 9/10) is a plus but not a requirement
- Solid business knowledge and general knowledge of the financial services industry plus familiarity with Retirement products/services
- Business insight and analytical abilities
