About the role

  • Leverage analytics expertise and tech mindset to support strategic planning initiatives
  • Collaborate with CST partners on technology initiatives including the Optimizer roadmap
  • Partner with business partners on their projects/requirements
  • Analyze workforce plans, site capacity, and occupancy trends to establish accurate forecasts
  • Synthesize data and insights to provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with WFP and RE teams to improve alignment with business requirements
  • Lead ongoing management of technology stack documentation
  • Conduct regular updates to space assignments every 6 months

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy and planning, or related field
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop forecasting models, improve processes, and inform enterprise strategies
  • In-depth understanding of workforce planning and real estate strategies
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Data-driven approach to surfacing insights, framing problem statements, and building complete and cohesive presentations
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with working knowledge of PowerBI, and Snowflake
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines
  • Develop compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate occupancy strategies, insights, and recommendations to leaders across the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
