About the role
- Understanding and documenting client’s DB Plan benefit calculation provisions
- Working with the internal project team to test and deliver requirements
- Building a link between the client and internal resources
- Creating and reviewing test cases for DB calculations
- Leading client review meetings and conference calls
- Training the ongoing operations team in all DB calculation aspects
Requirements
- Extensive expertise with Defined Benefit Pension Plans, ideally 10+ years
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Strong consultative skills
- Working understanding of pension laws and regulations
- Actuarial designations (EA, ASA) a plus but not required
