About the role
- design and deliver early career experiences for HR Rotational Associates and HR Data & Analytics Associates
- curate development opportunities for associates
- responsible for the implementation of rotations and the execution of the program

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant project/program management experience; directly related to Human Resources is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, assess and manage talent
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and form strong partner relationships
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
