About the role
- Lead a team of talented architects supporting product teams.
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to enable team to partner closely with product on roadmaps.
- Provide end to end architecture and support implementation.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in leading technical leaders, especially architects.
- Demonstrable experience in partnering with business leaders to shape product strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches.
- Experience practicing Business Architecture including aligning Business and Technology strategies, Customer Journeys, Capability Modeling and Roadmaps
- Demonstrable understanding in all aspects of technical architecture (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization)
- Collaborating with peer & enterprise architects to align on standards, strategy, and opportunities to refactor business processes, improve customer experience or perform capability rationalization.
- Ability to work both independently and with different levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience in Modern Architecture and Cloud Technologies to build sophisticated architectures.
