The Customer Solutions Chapter Leader position combines business and product strategy skills, knowledge of customers and financial products, and technology expertise, along with a passion for coaching and developing associates.
This role will forge partnerships within and across chapters and product areas to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Function both independently and as a manager of associates who are deployed to teams.
Hires and develops talent to deliver results by translating business objectives into actionable plans and solutions that deliver customer value.
Serves as a trusted business leader and consultant to Group Squad Leaders and Squad Leaders on cross product area business opportunities.
Requirements
Series 7 and 24 licensing to provide supervisory oversight of team is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire if not already licensed
8+ years in product management with experience across product development lifecycle – including business analysis and research, business process mapping, and the documentation of business requirements, user acceptance testing and product deployment
People leadership experience, with a consistent record in coaching, managing, agile, and analytical skills
Motivated by helping others succeed, experience leading and coaching teams, inspiring creativity and innovation, creating a culture of inclusion, experimentation, exploration, and continuous learning
Skilled at attracting, hiring, building and retaining a pool of diverse chapter members with the skills needed to deliver today and, in the future
Thrives connecting and influencing with all levels of the organization to drive change and favorable outcomes
Adept at developing a strong team that enables its members to work successfully, delivering value within the WI Delivery Model
Passionate about continuous learning with experience curating learning at scale to promote skill, career, and development growth for chapter members
Resourceful at navigating teams through organizational complexity in support of cross-domain and cross-product area work
Bachelor’s degree required
