About the role
- Provide a secure Single Sign On (SSO) experience for Fidelity's clients and vendors
- Work with both internal and external partners to gather requirements and implement SSO connections
- Solve complex problems and provide product analysis for a dynamic development team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, technology preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in a professional environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in troubleshooting issues by analyzing system logs, HTTP traces, database queries, etc.
- Prior experience working in an Agile environment preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence a bonus
- Understanding of Single Sign On, SAML 2.0, or OIDC is a bonus
- Experience with Application logs or Splunk Logs is a bonus
