About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global field marketing strategy aligned to Skillsoft’s growth objectives and regional sales priorities across North America, EMEA, and APAC/APJ.
- Lead and mentor a global team of field marketers, including managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Localize and adapt global campaigns for regional relevance and impact, ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across markets.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to define goals, KPIs, and shared success metrics; act as a strategic advisor to sales teams and provide tools, content, and insights to support outreach and conversion.
- Oversee planning and implementation of integrated regional campaigns, including field events, roundtables, trade shows, webinars, and partner activations.
- Measure and analyze program effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI across regions; continuously optimize campaigns and tactics based on performance insights and market feedback.
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand & Communications, and Sales to ensure a consistent and connected experience across the buyer’s journey.
- Represent regional field needs in global marketing planning and strategy discussions; ensure field perspectives are embedded in global initiatives.
- Lead the global field marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources across regions.
- Champion the integration of AI-powered marketing capabilities across regions to scale field impact and deepen customer engagement.
