About the role
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization tools for BOD and Executive Leadership
- Collect and consolidate HR data from multiple sources, add or calculate missing data fields, and automate monthly refreshes
- Work with HR Leadership to identify and maintain key HR metrics
- Compose consolidated HR datasets to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to CPO and Senior HR Leadership
- Develop trends and KPIs to track performance against strategic goals
- Partner with HR team to monitor risk areas and potential action plans
- Stay up-to-date on trending metrics and new data insight opportunities
