About the role

  • Responsible for supporting the overall HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions.
  • Conduct analysis of HR data to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time to hire, and employee satisfaction.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and managing HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide advanced support to employees on complex HR-related issues, benefits, and policies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and databases. Generate reports and analytics as needed.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
